Strawberry Mimosa

This three-ingredient strawberry mimosa is quick, easy, and delicious! Take a classic orange mimosa up a notch with the addition of fresh strawberries for a simple brunch cocktail that is always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 1 750 ml bottle sparkling wine chilled
  • 2 cups orange juice chilled
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and chopped

Instructions

  • Combine the orange juice and fresh strawberries in a blender or food processor.
  • Pulse the mixture just until pureed.
  • Pour champagne flutes 50% with sparkling wine.
  • Carefully pour the strawberry orange juice over the wine to fill each glass.
  • Serve immediately.

  • Fresh is best. Use fresh orange juice and strawberry puree for the best flavor.
  • Don't overmix. Puree just until blended.
