  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper


  • Wash the basil and remove the stems.
  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until you have reached desired consistency.
  • Serve over pasta, pizza, chicken or veggies. This sauce can also be used as a marinade.
