Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream or half&half
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ⅔ cup Irish whiskey Jameson was used

Instructions

  • Combine the cream, sweetened condensed milk, instant coffee granules, chocolate syrup, and vanilla with an electric mixer on LOW speed (this is very important not to curdle your irish cream!).
  • Slowly add your whiskey while continuing to mix on low, until well incorporated.
  • Pour into airtight glass bottles and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
  • Shake well before consuming and enjoy!!

Notes

It is important to use low speed so the mixture does not curdle.
