  • Slow Cooker


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups green cabbage chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 16 ounces tomato sauce
  • ½ cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper


  • Heat the oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  • Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and stir until well combined.
  • Cover and cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8 hours. Serve and enjoy!
