In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, baking powder, brown sugar and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
Add the milk, eggs and vanilla and stir until completely combined.
Preheat a griddle or skillet to medium heat (375 degrees)
Use cooking spray, butter or oil to prepare the surface of the cooking unit.
Spoon ¼ cup of batter onto the prepared surface.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the batter bubbles and the bubbles to not fill back in.
Flip the pancake and cook an additional 2 minutes or until desired level of doneness is achieved.
Serve with butter and maple syrup.
