In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and granulated sugar until well combined.
Add the oat milk, eggs and melted butter and use an electric mixer on medium low speed to blend until smooth.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray if desired.
Pour ½ cup portions of batter into the skillet.
When bubbles form in the batter, pop and do not fill, you can flip the pancake and continue cooking for an additional minute.
Remove pancakes from skillet and serve.
