These quick and easy 3 ingredient crockpot ranch pork chops are the perfect solution for any busy weeknight. Pork chops cook slowly in the crockpot with ranch seasoning and cream of chicken soup for a no-fuss dinner fix that is truly "set it and forget it".

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops about ½ inch thick, trimmed
  • 1 ounce package dry ranch seasoning
  • 10.5 ounce condensed cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  • Place the prepared pork chops in the bottom of a slow cooker in a single layer.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and ranch seasoning with 1-2 Tablespoons of water until the ranch seasoning has fully dissolved.
  • Pour the seasoned chicken soup over the pork chops.
  • Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  • Remove from the crock pot and serve.

Notes

  • Choose pork chops that are all about the same size and thickness for even cooking.
  • Trim off excess fat before placing the chops in the crockpot.
  • Adjust the timing to suit the thickness of your chops and the model of your slow cooker.
  • Save the gravy to serve alongside the pork at your table.
