Chocolate Chip Snowball Cookies
Simple and Sweet
Each bite of this soft, crumbly chocolate shortbread, enveloped in a snowy dusting of powdered sugar is pure perfection.
-Unsalted Butter - All Purpose Flour -Mini Chocolate Chips -Powdered Sugar -Vanilla Extract -Salt

In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to cream together the butter and ½ cup of the powdered sugar until smooth
– Add the vanilla and continue mixing until well incorporated.
– Add the flour, chocolate chips and salt and mix until a soft dough forms.
-Using a small Tablespoon sized cookie scoop, scoop small dough balls and roll between palms to form small balls.
– Place in oven.
Remove from oven and while the cookies are still warm, roll them remaining ½ cup powdered sugar.
For an extra snowy appearance, roll the cookies in powdered sugar a second time before serving.
