  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced


  • 3 lbs chicken legs



  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup and garlic.

Marinate Chicken

  • Place the chicken drumsticks in a glass dish. Set aside.
  • Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken. Cover and marinade for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Bake Chicken

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • Place the marinated chicken drumsticks on a foil lined baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken over and bake an additional 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees.
