Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare a baking sheet by lining with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Slice bacon strips in half.
Carefully wrap each brussels sprout with bacon, being sure to overlap the edges slightly.
Brush or spoon maple syrup over each bacon wrapped brussels sprouts and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25- 30 minutes or until the bacon is golden brown and brussels sprouts are tender.
Serve.
