In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer on low speed to combine the instant pudding, eggnog, cinnamon and nutmeg until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and well mixed.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve with your favorite cookies for dipping.
- Using homemade eggnog. Make sure it's properly chilled before you mix up your dip. Check the flavor of the dip and adjust the sweetness and spices to your taste. I find that in most cases homemade eggnog varies in flavor.
- Refrigerate until you're ready to serve. It tastes better served cold!
- Use a stand mixer or electric mixer for easier mixing!
