Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place the white chocolate and oil in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted white chocolate, swirling gently to coat. Let excess chocolate drip back into the bowl.
Place the dipped strawberry onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining strawberries.
Optional: Once the first layer is set, use a spoon or piping bag to drizzle a second layer of chocolate for a decorative touch.
Allow the strawberries to set at room temperature or refrigerate for about 20 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
Once fully set, transfer to a serving tray or enjoy straight off the parchment.
