Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray or foil. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the brussels sprouts, garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper.
Spread the flavored brussels sprouts onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
Meanwhile, whisk together the honey and sriracha until fully combined.
When the brussels sprouts are done, drizzle the honey sriracha sauce over and toss until coated.
