It's no secret, everyone loves Biscoff cookies!
They are the best part of traveling and until recently were pretty difficult to find outside of the airport. Thankfully, they are readily available now so you don't have to wait until your next international vacation to try them.
The only thing better than Biscoff cookies is biscoff cookies WITH milk. With this cookie butter milkshake, you can have them both together.

This recipe uses just 5 ingredients!
To make it, you will need:
- Biscoff Cookies: You can findLotus Biscoff biscuits on Amazon and they are also pretty easy to find in the international aisle of your favorite grocery store.
- Biscoff Cookie Butter: The Lotus biscoff spread aka cookie butter, adds extra cookie flavor to the milkshake and also makes a great drizzled garnish. You can find this on Amazon, but it's also pretty easy to find in the same aisle as the cookies.
- Vanilla Ice Cream: This is the base of the recipe, so choose your favorite brand!
- Milk: Milk will help you adjust the consistency from thick and creamy to smooth and sippable!
- Whipped Topping: This is optional, but really takes the presentation over the edge.
See the recipe card for the exact quantities of each ingredient.

Nothing beats AUTHENTIC Biscoff cookies, cookie butter, and decadent vanilla ice cream all blended up together but if you need to change things up, you can make the following substitutions.
- Off Brand - There are now many copycat Biscoff Cookie and Cookie butter brands. If you prefer those brands you can use them instead.
- Dairy-Free - Use dairy-free ice cream, milk, and whipped topping to make this recipe dairy-free.
Equipment
You only need a few things to make this simple and delicious cookie butter milkshake.
It is also helpful to have small bowls and plates when garnishing the glass.
Instructions
Making this Lotus Biscoff milkshake recipe is so easy!
Start by placing the milk, ice cream, cookie butter and cookies inside a blender.
Pulse or blend on low speed and adjust the speed as needed until all of the ingredients are worked through.
At this point, you can add a bit more milk if you want a thinnger, sippable consistancy but I find the proportions above are pure perfection for a thick and creamy Lotus Milkshake!
This next step is optional but I find it makes a really beautiful presentation and things taste better when they are garnished to the max!
Melt the cookie butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then dip the rim of the glass into the melted cookie butter.
I like to let the glass hang out for a bit upside down until it stops dripping, then I dip it into the crushed cookies.
Fill each serving glass with the prepared milkshake and finish by topping with whipped cream, extra crushed Biscoff cookies and a drizzle of the leftover melted cookie butter.
To REALLY take things over the edge, you can place a whole cookie on top and lean it against the straw.
Talk about the ultimate Biscoff treat!
Storage
This milkshake is best enjoyed fresh. I would enjoy it right after you prepare it as it won't store well.
If you don't want to make the full 2 servings, you can always cut the recipe in half and just make a single serving!
